Membership Statement
We consider the bare minimum riding gear to be helmet, eye protection, gloves and boots. More is always better.
Dirt bikes and quads are NOT street legal. Unless it's a street legal "dual sport", you must trailer or truck your dirt bike or atv to the entrance of the park even if you only live a few blocks away. If caught, you may be subject to a ticket and have your bike or atv impounded by the police. Riding an ATV or dirt bike on the streets around Oakland is one of the worst things a person can do to the image of the park,and has resulted in usage restriction city ordinances in the past .
Registered members may submit announcements, comments and questions to be posted in the "messages" panel at the discretion of the web admin. No ads.
If you submit photos to the web admin. for inclusion in the gallery, you are giving consent for the club to use them as needed. Inappropriate photos will be discarded.
Remember that Riverside Park is public property. No alcohol, no camping or camp fires and take your litter with you when you leave. If you see someone dumping trash along Chester Ave. or North Ave. don't confront them on your own. Write down a vehicle description and a tag number and relay that to the police asap. Park hours are from 7:30 AM to sunset.
Fill out as much or as little of the member profile as you want. The only required fields are for your name (or handle) and a valid email.
Please note that once you have submitted your information, it will be viewable on the "Member Profile" page. (Allow at least 24 hours) That's the main purpose of this club, after all. A logon and password will be sent to the email address you provided so you can access the "Member Profiles" page.
